Honestly, it was extremely disappointing to have this experience from enterprise. My advice, if you value your time customer service and actually being taken care of go right down the road.About a mile to famous rent a car. I walked in the door they took care of me in immediately and their prices was actually three dollars cheaper than enterprise. Enterprise will lie to you. Tell you they got everything ready. And to come and then when you get there, tell you, they aint got nothing. After calling three times to confirm before driving an hour.

I must say they are amazing and work with you well whenever anything is wrong! Yes you may have to wait if you decided to rent on a Monday since that’s their busiest day but you will not go wrong renting with them! I may say I’ve been such a needy customer and they have been nothing but amazing and I will only rent with enterprise for this! Thanks so much to the Columbia Tn office that is amazing and never loses patience with me! Y’all deserve a raise or praise for all of y’all’s hard work!!! Thanks again for always being my go to whenever needing a car with unlimited miles with great prices!!!
