    These guys just changed my bad mood to good. I had to go in there this morning because the store in Mount Pleasant refused to take my return. It was a Reman-starter I purchased a week ago but I had misplaced the receipt. But when I walked into the Columbia store, they were ready to help immediately. They knew what proper customer care was. And it was easy for them. They just looked up my transaction, and issued my refund all while smiling. That is proper customer service. And I will continue to come back to this location. In fact I will go way out of my way to avoid the Mount Pleasant location and shop at this one. Thank you so much! I’m so glad to see that proper customer service does still exist.
