  Just went this Sunday. April 11. Holy cow. Fast. Friendly. And just an amazing experience. I used the Groupon which I highly recommend also. I can’t stress how amazingly knowledgeable and kid the staff was at this valvoline.

  I visited three times to get my oil changed for a single vehicle. The first time they were out of oil and when I went back a second time they had the oil but no oil filter. They suggested I go to autozone and purchase one which I did and returned a third time to do the change.

  Got my oil change here and the customer service was top tier. Courtland friendly, professional, and actually took the time to explain everything instead of rushing me out. The process was quick, smooth, and I felt taken care of the whole time. Definitely coming back and would recommend to anyone looking for reliable service.!

  Went today to get my car check to make sure all my fluid levels in my truck were all topped off and to make sure my tires had the proper air pressure in them and this was done within 25 minutes! I am traveling in the morning and I want to be road ready! Very professional, friendly and fast service!

  I recently purchased a 2019 GMC Sierra SLT. After purchasing I realized that the serpentine belt was frayed. I went to Arlington automotive for an estimate and was told $380 plus tax to install. As a result of the price I thought that it was a difficult install. I went to Valvoline Collierville to get another estimate and not only was the price substantially less, they only took 20 minutes tops to install. The crew was very courteous and professional. I will recommend this store to everyone.
