    I had a negative experience with one person at this branch, but the branch manager, Trey, contacted me in less than 24 hours and completely rectified the situation. Thank you Trey, for demonstrating my experience in your store is of upmost priority to you. I also want to thank Tommy, who provided transport services from Crash Champions to Enterprise, for giving me such a great experience. He was friendly, he was funny, really professional and he even helped me with a load of things I had forgotten to take out of my trunk before drop off - thank you Tommy! And thank you Nick! I appreciate you taking over, providing me services after I was passed on to you by Candace. Your professionalism and friendliness was exactly what I needed at that moment. I’m sorry to you both that my experience with Candace overshadowed the great service you provided to me. Please know I am very appreciative of you both and you deserve to be recognized! Hoping you get anyone other than Candace to help you. Not only does she have a bad attitude, she clearly has no interest in providing ANY kind of customer service. Insurance company reserve the wrong size car? Your problem - you can pay $42/day extra, that’s her only suggestion (mind you this car accident wasn’t even my fault - I got rear-ended and their insurance is covering everything). I ask if she can contact the insurance company? ‘No, but you can’. So I did. As I’m relaying all the details Candace told me to the insurance rep, Candace rudely interrupts ‘IT’S NOT $42’. I look at her and say, then please, you talk to her, and hand her my phone - an eye roll and a sigh - somehow I have imposed upon her AGAIN by doing EXACTLY what she told me to do - call myself. Shout out to Auto Owners Insurance Tana who quickly took care of the oversight. I called Enterprise a week in advance to ensure I would get out of there in time to get my 6 year old from the bus stop in time, but now the changing of the ‘type’ of car is going to delay the process, so Candace begins helping another customer. This is TOTALLY fine, but apparently I’m rude (she gave me the DIRTIEST look for asking then passive aggressively overstated ‘I am so sorry sir’ to the other customer when I said ‘sorry, excuse me…’ to ask how long the process is now going to take so I can determine if I need to make alternative arrangements for my son’s pickup). The kicker? Previously, when I was looking for my insurance information on my phone she proceeds to ‘return’ to a conversation she was having with a co-worker (right in front of me) about how a customer before me ticked her off…
