Service tech comes to me and ask what I was needing and I told him that I needed to get the oil changed and he told me they were shutting down shop for 30-40 minutes so the whole team can go on break. Never heard of an entire team going on break and shutting down a shop so close to closing to work maybe another 30 minutes before closing. Poor management and highly disappointed in that response. I used to come to this location all the time to service my vehicles but now I may not come back because of the unprofessional response of shutting down completely.
