  Terrible experience. My husband and I went in for and oil change. We pre-paid for it through Groupon. Both of the technicians were rude. After scanning the coupon we still ended up paying an additional $20 for the service. The tech ringing us up abruptly said Groupon isn't for oil changes it's for other services (despite that's what the coupon says) that was after asking what was the additional charge for. We paid it no problem. The tech changing the oil, lowered our tires in an attempt to balance them. We noticed when the car's tire notification went off. My husband told the tech he lowered them. He got defensive saying that it was already at that pressure trying to argue the point. Like we're not in the car and knew the tire pressure before coming in. After airing them up, we didn't receive a receipt for the service. And was told were done. From start to finish all we received was attitude. We will not be returning to this location.
