  3 weeks ago I came to this location and Justin & Caleb helped me and showed great customer service!!! I went back today and asked for Justin and once again he was very helpful!!! Thank you so much for great customer service. Definitely will return to this location.

  Thank you, Dori (sp?) and James for quick service. My battery was bad. They tested, sold me a new battery and installed within 30 min. (Maybe less) Thank you!

  My daughter went into this store a few weeks ago And they told her they didn’t stock her car battery. I went online and used the tool to find the battery for her car. I purchased the recommended battery and went to the store to pick it up. The assistant manager said, “you bought a battery online?” We can’t warranty it. You should have come in the store. I explained that my daughter did. He said, well who was here? Of course I had no idea who my daughter talked to. I showed him my confirmation email from AutoZone and he scanned it and said it was invalid and he didn’t know where I got it from. It was clearly from autozone. I said, why don’t you give me a refund. He went on to argue with me that they don’t carry my battery and just because it says it’s in online doesn’t mean they carry it. Another associate came up and tried to help us. She found my order and said that they pulled the wrong battery. I explained that at this point I only wanted a refund. This shouldn’t be this complicated. She finally scanned the receipt and gave me my refund. She then followed us outside and apologized for the assistant manager’s behavior. I will be contacting their home office. The assistant manager was absolutely hostile, and a jerk.
