- DLDonald LankJan 3, 20261.0Horrible customer service from Justin and Melvin. Melvin rudely informed me of a new policy about have to place the fast pass sticker to the windshield. I said okay and proceeded to get my car washed then the attendant at the wash said I had to do it right now or I couldn’t keep the fast pass. I explained to him my windshield is cracked and as soon as I replace it I will attach the sticker. Then Melvin comes over again rude and unfriendly “we can just cancel your fast pass sticker” and I said okay no problem. I asked for the manager and they said we are all managers… ( Yeah right) Then I go to have the pass deactivated and was trying to vacuum my car and all of the spots are taken up and Justin also a manager had his personal car parked in the last available detail spot. Just horrible professional and customer service I will not be coming back here anymore. I had the fast pass for like 5 years and now I will be finding somewhere else to get my car wash.

The man running the machine was very upset with that and I felt a bit harassed because I wasn’t giving him the up charge number he needed. Once I said I didn’t want it and I sure, he replied with “have you ever worked in sales? It’s not easy.” Now sir, this is a car wash. Take 5 management, please lessen the stress of your workers which then leads to a more enjoyable time with the customer. If you thought I would buy a membership now? Nope.

The staff member was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure my car was cleaned properly. They took the time to explain options, paid attention to detail, and made the whole experience quick and stress-free. It’s rare to find service like this these days, and it definitely didn’t go unnoticed. I’ll be back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality service.
