    I just had the WORST customer service experience! I paid for the $17 car wash, and, while vacuuming my car, I noticed that the car wash missed a huge spot on the rear just below the tag. There was a worker manning the pay station, and I approached him really nicely and said, "I am not trying to be anal retentive, but do you think I could run my car back through? It missed a huge spot below my tag." He responded with, "The $22 wash isn't any better than the $17 wash, but I guess so." He refused to make eye contact during our conversation like he was avoiding me as he walked away mumbling and shaking his head. I just said, "Don't worry about it" as I got in my car and drove away. I really did not appreciate being treated in this manner and I do not plan to ever visit your business again. UPDATE 11/14/25 As you requested in your reply, I did try to reach out—twice. First, I submitted a detailed complaint through your website before even posting this review. Silence. Then I called, endured an endless loop of the same tired song on hold, and finally had to go. Still nothing. Given that my sincere attempts to resolve this have gone unaddressed, the matter remains unresolved.

    There was a younger white man working out by the machines who was not asked for help in assisting me came over and asked what he could do for me I told him I was here to get a car wash he said y’all do know there is literally another one not even 4 minutes from here I said no sir I don’t I’m not from here he said Google works wonders I said so does having a good attitude
