I approached one of the employees, I believe it was a manager, and she initially said that the other brushes are working. I mentioned that half of the side of my car didn't seem to be touched by any brushes and she again insisted that the other brushes worked. I said there are 5 total brushes and 2 aren't working. She then said "Fine, I'll give you a refund, go get your receipt." I said, "Nevermind, I just won't come back." She replied, "OK". She did offer a refund, but more so, she just seemed annoyed that I was even asking, and she was perfectly fine running a defective car wash. I will not return to this car wash simply because of the attitude toward a customer.
