  I was vacuuming my car when my ring slipped off my finger and got sucked up by the vacuum I was devastated. The young man by the name Deleon was extremely helpful in recovering my ring from the vacuum system he went above and beyond sifting through the dirty debris he stated I got you ma'am and in fact he did because I panicked and since then I had my ring resized. So thank you so much again for your help Deleon best customer service in my opinion. Keep up the great work.

  Last week I came in and met a young lady named Tamera and she was sweet and her smile was really pretty ! It's nice to see a person who cares about what they do and takes such pride in their job.They need more people like her I'll be back I even signed up for a membership online

  Jennifer was very nice helped remove the old sticker off my window and sign me up on a new membership towels was stocked and the overall experience was 10/10

  The manager is a very nice lady. I had an issue with my payment and she took care of for me. The service is always good a this Take 5 on Poplar in Colliervile

  This car wash used to be decent. New management has made it go downhill. I rarely leave 1 stars but this place deserves it. Not only have they been proudly rude since new management they crossed the line tonight. After a very long work day I picked my daughter up and headed to the car wash in colliervile. She had been waiting on this all day. The operating hours state the car wash is open until 7pm and I have been around that time many occasions due to work. I pulled up at 6:50pm and the employee motioned to me that they were closed. I asked him “what time do you all close?” He responded “at 6:55” with a smirk and started laughing as he just walked away. I pay every month for this car wash which doesn’t do a good job of cleaning in general but used to be convenient and friendly at least. Someone address this problem. I want a refund and I want corporate response to this. Collierville deserves better.
