  I very rarely leave negative comments because mistakes happen. However, when there is a management or ownership issue I can’t help but speak up. This is one of the worst car washes I’ve ever been through. The wash is mediocre at best, car is never very clean afterwards, and vacuums have terrible suction. Corporate customer service is horrible and even the workers at the location admit it. My wife’s car had her antenna ripped off of her car during the wash. They literally had to walk back into the car wash to pick it up off the ground. This caused $500 in damages. She filed a claim with them right then and they admitted “corporate probably won’t do anything about it”. A month after not hearing anything on the claim she called corporate. They said they never received a claim regarding the incident and therefore don’t believe that it happened. I’ve tried calling corporate again and they don’t answer the phone. I will never visit this location again even if I get reimbursed for the damages and won’t refer anyone to go to this location again.
