- JCJosh ClaytonApr 24, 20262.0It seems like there is one or more sections that aren't working every time I go to wash my vehicle. I have had the top tier membership for many months. Every time I take my truck through, there is a section that isn't spraying or rotating or cleaning. This seems to be a poorly maintained facility. They do have alot of room to maneuver in the vacuum area. The vacuums work good, and having air nozzles is a plus. The drying/wiping microfiber towels in the clean bin are always damp. I do not know if this is a [problem with the dryer, or someone pulling them out before cycle is complete. I am going to search for a facility that maintains their equipment better to give my monthly subscription to.

The sound wasn't there before I went through the wash. Before I found out I had an employee look for me and he just passed it off as it wasn't the washers fault or anything fault from them. Save your money and your car by not going here.
