- CDChris DMar 12, 20261.0Would be negative 5 stars but I can’t do that!!! My fiancé took her car here to get new tires and alignment done! We had locking lug nuts on the car when she took it in to get the services done, they called and told her the car was ready. Well she got the car and took it home and it was parked for 3 days. When she drove it the car was shaking when she would get over 50mph which is strange because it was just aligned and new tires and before she took it in to get serviced the car was smooth. So when she got back home she noticed the locking nuts was missing and the tires only had 4 out of the 5 lug nuts on the car and all the locking nuts was missing. So she called can told Stevie that and he said come in we will fix it. So she goes there and they tell her that she never had locking lug nuts on the car (I know she did) and that they will just put on random lug nuts on there and not replace her locking lug nuts she had on the car! Not to mention they got her mileage wrong by 5,000 miles This place is very unprofessional and very rude! I can’t do anything because I’m deployed right now but this is a horrible way to run a business and corporate needs to investigate the people they have running it!!!
