I really feel like they took advantage of her. And their prices are ridiculous. Just for the synthetic blend I was told its like $75. That’s $30 more than Walmart. And they charged her $60 for a cabin filter. I really believe they take advantage of people. And probably the fact that my daughter is young and doesn’t understand how this works and how much it should cost. I filed a complaint with corporate. The store ignored me for weeks. I was promised a call multiple times as well. Never happened until today and numerous attempts. At the end of the day, they refused to refund ANY amount. They are awful to deal with. They lie. Take advantage of unsuspecting people. And have extremely high prices. Corporate office was also extremely rude to me today. The customer service rep was very snarky. She told me if I did a chargeback it would go to her and she is the highest person at the company looking at disputes and she would not refund it. Awful human being. This review will remain up permanently. If company wants to refund, then I will edit or delete this review. My advice:, avoid not only this location but this entire company. Save yourself lots of cash and potential headaches
