  Driving from Ohio to Disney World in Florida, my van decided it needed a rest. Top Tech Automotive in Cleveland, TN, stands out as an excellent repair shop for automotive needs. I found myself in a tough situation when my van started having issues while I was driving. After pulling off the exit on I-75, I ended up in a gas station parking lot where my van completely died. It turned out I needed a new alternator and battery. Unfortunately, Top Tech Automotive wasn't open on Sundays, which meant I had to wait until Monday to get my van repaired. When we arrived at the shop, my grandchildren shared with the crew that we were on our way to Disney for their first visit. Understanding the urgency, the owner and mechanic of the shop promptly got to work on my van. Once the repairs were completed, we were able to continue our journey, only to hear a strange noise, so I turned around and went back to the shop. The mechanic quickly hopped into my vehicle to investigate the noise I had heard. After listening closely, he concluded that it sounded like a wheel bearing issue. Without any hesitation, they took my van back into the shop and replaced the wheel bearing. I cannot express enough gratitude to both the owner and the mechanic for making my vehicle a priority. Their prompt service ensured that my grandchild would not miss out on what turned out to be an adventure of a lifetime to Disney.   While traveling from Ohio to Disney, our vehicle broke down. AAA towed us to Top Tech Automotive. From the moment we arrived, the service and staff were absolutely incredible—super friendly, professional, and understanding of our situation. They quickly diagnosed the issue, fixed our alternator, replaced the wheel bearing and battery, and had us back on the road in no time! Thanks to their amazing work, we were able to check-in on time at Disney (we had a blast) and drove back home safely. They truly went above and beyond for us, and I can’t thank them enough. They deserve all 5 stars and more! I highly recommend Top Tech Automotive to anyone in need of honest, reliable auto repair.   As a woman, it can be intimidating dealing with car repairs because there’s always that worry of being taken advantage of. That has never been the case with Top Tech. They have always treated me fairly, respectfully, and honestly. I drive an import, and repairs can get very expensive. I usually research the issue before I go in, so I have an idea of what’s wrong and a ballpark price in mind for parts and labor. Top Tech’s pricing is always very competitive, often two to three times less than what the dealership would charge for the exact same service. The quality of their work is excellent, and they stand behind it. My first experience five years ago sealed the deal for me: a speed sensor went out, which put my car into limp mode. Every other shop I called didn’t want to touch it. They didn’t believe me that it was just a speed sensor issue and were convinced it was the transmission. Their solution was to tow it to the dealership. Thankfully, my tow truck driver asked if I had tried Top Tech. He called them, explained my situation, and they didn’t hesitate. They jumped right on it, confirmed the issue, and gave me a fair estimate for both parts and labor. That repair alone saved me hundreds compared to the dealership price plus a long tow. Since then, I’ve been a loyal customer. Oil changes, brakes, water pump, serpentine belt, squeaking pulley and all required maintenance, Top Tech does it all. They always provide an estimate before starting work and stick to it. They never try to upsell me or take advantage. Their staff is polite, respectful, and professional. Because of their honesty, fair pricing, and quality repairs, I am a customer for life. I highly recommend Top Tech to anyone looking for a trustworthy repair shop.
