My partner went in for a tire alignment and they said he needed new brakes, the lady showed a paper to him and pointed to the price of 200 at the bottom of the paper and he agreed. Later the lady said the total was 1100! She said sorry for being UNCLEAR after both were arguing when she showed the back of the page had more charges. She knows he only saw the front and agreed only to seeing 200, she never mentioned the back or the additional costs. They mislead him but not only that, the cars dash board looks like a Christmas tree now. Traction control isn’t on anymore, steering light, tire pressure, emergency break and break system lights are all ON. His breaks shake when trying to stop and his steering wheel doesn’t automatically go back to original position after letting go from a turn. ABSOLUTELY NO LIGHTS WERE ON BEFORE COMING IN! The breaks are now squeaking and they threatened to keep his car because he didn’t want to pay the more than agreed cost of 200. They said all the lights would turn off and after 10 minutes and after a hour of driving it’s still not off. DO NOT GO HERE!! I expect a remediation because this insane, the car is completely messed up and in horrible condition after coming to the shop in very good condition. My partner works hard for his money and to pay a thousand of dollars for RUINING his car is INSANE!!!!
