- DHDakota Hancock5 days ago1.0---DONT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE-- Absolutely terrible customer service, I went in about 40 minutes ago and tried to get my wheels balanced, I got refused service and they tried to tell me my wheel was multi piece and it's against policy, my wheels are oem 1 piece.. I googled it to prove it but the Manger ran off to the back and had is employee come outside and tell me they couldn't do it. I explained to the employee that I worked there for 3 years I know those machines would balance it without issue. And he shrugged his shoulders and said sorry man, try somewhere else... ntb has ran into the ground lol I would give less then 1 star if that was a option.

I picked up the tire my husband had ordered. When he picked it up from trunk the weights fell off. It was not handling well. We took it back today and the technician not only rebalanced the new tire but rotated and balanced all 4 at no charge. Exceptional service the second time in.
