  Because we just moved here we didnt have all correct address and nothing matched up yet. (Still in process of changing everything over) they couldn't figure a way around it so now im left without a vehicle while mines in shop..

  I was greeted with HUGH SMILES not only from the rep handling my rental but from every employee at the Cleveland location it was the first time I'd ever had to rental a car and they made it so easy and they made my deposit and rental fee easy for me to afford and when I returned my rental my deposit was back on my card that evening so I WILL DEFINITELY USE ENTERPRISE AGAIN AND WILL RECOMMEND ENTERPRISE TO ANYONE who needs to rent a car THANK YALL AGAIN CLEVELAND LOCATION KEEP SMILING AND GOD BLESS

  I have nothing but good things to say about this location, and enterprise in general! The only thing that bothers me is the fact they require a credit card for payment. A debit card won't work. For the life of me I can't figure out their logic either. Someone can have limits on the credit card or it could be maxed out so it ain't like a credit card guarantees payment to go though. As someone who doesn't use credit this is always an issue when I rent a car! Feels ridiculous to have 60k on my debit card and they turn it down and demand a credit card! Make it make sense! If y'all read this comment please explain to me why y'all are like this with credit cards? Secondly, this location has next to no parking. I just moved here and don't know anyone so it ain't like I can be dropped off. Not everyone lives within 15 minutes to take advantage of the pickup and drop-off they offer. It doesn't make much sense for a car rental place to not provide somewhere to park customers vehicles. They have a tiny strip with room for maybe 8 cars, parallel parked. People are idiots and can't drive so I don't feel great about even using that. It worries me it would get hit or dinged. Come on enterprise you really should add parking I guarantee you guys lose tons of business every single week for this reason. In fact I left when I learned this and the only reason I came back was because Athens had no cars and I had to. They were able to accommodate and let me park in the actual parking lot but that is not typically allowed they said. Besides these two things enterprise Cleveland is awesome! I highly appreciate this company!
