    I reserved a rental a week ahead of time. Completed confirmation, I was unaware that they closed at 12 because it allowed me to reserve my rental for 12. The doors were locked the man in the back said he would get the manager. The manager was very rude and explained there was nothing he could do since they were closed. Then why was I able to reserve a rental for that time???? I am a loyal customer and have rented from them for years but never rented for a Saturday, so I was unknowingly expecting it to l change the time like it would usually do if the location was closed. Thank goodness customer service was incredibly helpful and I was able to go to the airport in Chattanooga, it took 5 minutes to get my rental. It was just very annoying that he couldn't take 5 minutes to honor my reservation.
