Went by there for a part on a 2014 Chevy Impala. I took a picture of the part that was broke and nobody there could tell me the name of it or find it on the PC.

I have been shopping with AutoZone for over 20 years but today is my last day as a customer.
My wife was given a clearly used starter this morning as a refurbished replacement as we have a lifetime warranty on the one we purchased last year which had already went bad twice....
Took it to my mechanic, he installed it and it didn't work and heated up like a Turkey on Thanksgiving Day (bad armature).
My wife picks me up from work to go pick up this starter and after seeing it I'm immediately pissed off as there is no explainable circumstance why she was given a "new" starter that looked like this.
We go back to the AutoZone on mcgrady drive 7/25 around noon and I showed the individuals at the counter the starter and asked them if it looked new or not to which they all agreed no.
The manager (I'm assuming) in the gray shirt walked up and said "well it tested fine when we checked it" to which my response was if you touch this thing you can still feel how hot it is after 30 minutes and if this is what I should expect whenever I'm buying parts you just lost a customer.
The clerk looked on his computer and they had no starters in stock (just this one that was probably being shipped back) so I asked him to see if any other local stores had any in stock which they did.
I asked the manager if there was a number or a way to get in touch with anyone higher up or corporate to make a complaint and said she did not know but if I looked at the website there should be a way there (I have never not known of a way to get it touch with any of my supervisors in the past but maybe AZ operates a little differently).
Went to the AZ across town and the clerk said yeah that's definitely not a new starter, looked one up and now it's with my mechanic....
Please do better than this with your other customers
Additional comment: the owner of the shop I used reached out to someone on a corporate level and explained the issue and demanded his account be changed to another store due to that particular manager sending them questionable parts on several other occasions.
As for earning my business back as long as a manager like that is allowed to keep her job while the other employees look at her in question and shock of how she is acting towards me I will never step foot back in any of your stores again.
Finding a body to fill a role instead of filling that position with someone capable and deserving of it are two very distinct and crucial things any business with close proximity competition should keep as a priority in their decision making.
When she is no longer with the company you have my contact info on file with an extensive list of my previous purchases.
Thank you for your response
