Thursday 2/19/2026 will be the last time that I will ever step foot in this particular store. Right after I walked in, I was greeted by a gentleman asking if he could help me. I offered him a piece of paper given to me by another gentleman at a the Keith St location so he would know what part I was needing. A rude lady named Cayley behind the register as you come in the door, who was sitting in a metal roll around cart, spoke up really quick and rudely “did they call to confirm we actually had it!” Which I replied with “No, I told them there was no need because I had to come to this side of town anyways.” After that she just replied in another very rude tone “Well, as long as you get what you need.” Need I add that I wasn’t even talking to her because I was at a different computer station speaking with a gentleman when she added her rude comments. After the gentleman had helped me, I told him that apparently she woke up on the wrong side of the bed which he grinned and nodded. Would not recommend anyone going to this location.

I always have a good time when anyone but keligh (idk how to spell it ) helps or is even there she’s extremely rude and not helpful at all one time I went in when I was still a kid and need her to scan my car was extremely rude about it then told me to do it my self and now every time I go in there she’s still extremely rude and doesn’t attempt to be helpful or even know what she’s talking about it would be so much better without her there everyone I know has had a problem with her

I was walking through the parking lot, on my way to Aldi’s when a girl (not even the general manager) comes out telling me to keep I’m moving out she’s calling the police.
She accused me of loitering, now according to Tennessee state law, specifically the law mentions that standing still for 5 minutes does NOT constitute as loitering.
Granted I didn’t even stop for 3 seconds. These people are rude, and argumentative.
When I asked for the girls names and the district managers phone number, she refused to give me her name, the district manager refused to even talk to me, the regional manager said he would look into it.
I’m deeply considering a lawsuit for discrimination.
