None of them know anything about vehicles and it’s painfully obvious when you ask them a question. I took a part into the store so I would be sure to get the correct replacement, the manager on duty brought the part up on the computer and said that they would have to order it and it would be in on Monday morning at 10am. Monday comes around and I go in to pick the part up and the same manager said it was never ordered because I would have had to pay for it first. They never told me that it had to be paid for up front to order it and didn’t even apologize for their mistake. Since my customer (single mother with just this vehicle) was in dire need of her vehicle by Tuesday morning I drove to the closest place I could that had it which was Memphis and when I got back I put her vehicle back together and it was ready when she needed it no thanks to autozone on north Keith street. I now only use orielys and the parts house on central ave
