Stupid me, I keep taking their word for it. They generally don't seem to care if they're helping you or not and it is very apparent every time I go. One extra star for the one employee who took the time to go double check his answer on one occasion (in the end his answer was in-fact wrong, but he genuinely tried and nobody is perfect). As far as the employees, I don't imagine they're paid much for what they do, at least that's how it seems. If that's the case, then I understand their attitude toward their work. That being said, it's always just better to go next door to Auto Zone in my experience. 100% of the time.
