  The service was okay overall, but the experience felt a bit disappointing considering the amount of money I spent. I felt like I was being asked every couple of minutes about replacing filters and adding extra services, which became a little overwhelming. When I finally agreed to one of the replacements, the technician did not clearly communicate the price beforehand, which I didn’t appreciate. I also came in specifically for an oil change and to have my tire pressure checked. The receipt showed the tire pressure was checked and marked as “good,” but I wasn’t informed until I was already pulling out of the bay that their air pressure machine was down. That information would have been helpful to know earlier. Overall, the service wasn’t terrible, but the communication and transparency could have been much better.

  I fully understand recommended services, but this visit felt like I was being exploited to spend as much money as possible. What really left a VERY bad taste in my mouth was when the technician tried to justify the 3,000-mile sticker after getting a full synthetic oil change. Why not let the customer decide? Mind you my previous oil change had a 5K sticker from one of their competitors. That will likely cause me not to come back. The tech was friendly, but if Valvoline doesn't trust their oil, I know other companies that do. As a final note, thankfully, I knew how to reset my oil change alert because I was just sent on my way after the oil change with my alert still on.

  Jose, Jacob and Marcus were friendly, prompt and genuinely concerned for the care of my vehicle. I was offered services that, honestly, I did not realize existed. I will recommend their services to my friends and coworkers.

  The location on Trenton rd in Clarksville, TN is truly the best in the area. They remember people, make you feel welcomed. I never leave that place feeling bad or without a smile. A few team members in particular have really stood out to me over the time. Esteban/Steven is one of the Best Managers, never without a smile and very thorough. Every time I see Jose, I know everything is getting done correctly and I won’t be over charged. Thomas (top side) and Marcus (bottom side) always keep my sonata running smoothly. I wouldn’t have a car if it wasn’t for this team!
