  First time (on a Friday) I had a pleasant experience getting an oil change. Went back today (Monday) for a rear differential fluid service and the whole experience was different. The guy who took my vehicle over to the service side was extremely unpleasant and when he came back with my vehicle, he then began to insult my intelligence. Apparently I need so much work done to my vehicle that I already had done recently. My transmission needed flushing although I just got that done two weeks ago. The most interesting part was when he said I needed my brakes done because when the mechanic went to stop my car kept going. So I asked is it the front or the rear brakes to see how far the lies would go and he said all of them!!!! After I said my mechanic has already changed my brakes and rotors, he replies that my mechanic must have did them wrong. My response was that he was wrong for thinking with me being a woman, he could lie to me to weasel me out of money. I have worked on cars since I was a teenager alongside my father. Ladies be careful going to the Wilma Rudolph Valvoline, they are scammers!!!!

  Although I was an extremely rude customer by being in my phone the entire time handling reservations and trip details, the service workers explained the cars existing problems and provided solutions in detail. They performed the full synthetic oil change with expertise and in a timely manager. They also applied my coupon at check out. They didn’t force me to have any work performed that I didn’t want, only suggested. I will return for future car maintenance.

  Daquon was very helpful in explaining what the services did for my vehicle and provided recommendations of times to best come receive specific services. Staff was very friendly and professional. He also informed me of of who the store manager was and who the head mechanic was. Outstanding service.

  One star is not deserving for this Valvoline team. I had a oil change 3/19.....I trusted these guys for an superior job....right now Monday morning.....I took my wife to work.....and on the way home my truck sputtering....and my low oil light came on.....my engine light came on...it's overheating.....the only people that serviced my vehicle was Valvoline.....NOW I GOTTA THOUSANDS TO FIX THEIR MISTAKES.....I PAID 147 DOLLARS FOR A SERVICE..WHERE I'M PAYING MORE TO GET MY VEHICLE BACK ON THE ROAD FOR WORK

  Making someone sign a waiver after the vehicle had already been serviced, it’s a questionable business practice to say the least. Tell me before the service and let me decide if this is something im comfortable doing. Had i known that i would be required to sign a waiver (the document basically said that if anything happened after the service it was not their fault), I undoubtedly would have gone somewhere else. By the way, my car has 43,000 and it’s a 2024 that’s been meticulously cared for. Update 3/24 they contacted me and offered a 20% discount on an oil change. Still waiting for the Manager to call me. This guys are a complete joke. Never again.
