  Jay was super helpful when picking up our car and offering us options to upgrade our vehicle. Pick-up and drop-off was fast and efficient.

  They were an hour late picking me up from the time requested with no call prior to inform me. They were supposed to arrive at 10:30am. At 10:35am I called the 1800 number and their records showed that someone was on the way. The store was less than 15 mins away from my location. At 10:55am I called back because still noone had shown up. They said they weren't sure why no one had been there yet and that they'd call to find out. I received no call back to explain what was going on. At 11:30am someone finally showed up. We arrived at the office to pick up my rental at 11:40. So why did it take an hour for them to arrive??? There was plenty of staff walking around that could have picked me up at the time that I requested the day prior. And still, why was I never contacted to inform me that they would be late or what was even going on after I called. Then I get my rental. Absolutely the cheapest compact Mitsubishi on the market with zip ties holding the hub caps on and cigarette burns in the crotch area of the driver seat. I paid for 2 days in advance. I get a text message saying that my return date was the next day at 3pm. When I called to find out why, they gave me the run around saying that it's just a suggestion because some people turn it in early and only get charged one day and I end up finding out after questioning things that if I had turned it in at 3pm, because I picked up at, I would be charged an additional day. I checked my email and it said that my duration was one day. Called again and was given the run around again. Not one single apology from the staff about any of this. Not one single explanation for anything. I'm convinced that these 5 star ratings are not real customers because this was an absolute joke of an experience. Worst experience I've ever had renting a car. To top it off, I was told the branch manager would be notified that I wanted to speak with them. Still no call. Absolutely ridiculous. Find a different rental service if you want any level of professionalism

  The other day. My wife and I were planning a trip out of town. She decided to pick up the rental while I handled other things. Apon returing without the vehicle. I asked what happen there is a gentleman there making sexual passes at customers. She said his name was Mike or Michael Bender. She informed him she was marred that it was inappropriate and we ended up going to Hertz for our vehicle. We weren't about to let anyone ruin our vacation.

  Our experience using Enterprise was as easy as we could have ask for. We had work being done on our vehicle at ABRA down the road. Someone picked me up from ABRA, brought me to Enterprise, and my car was ready for pick up within minutes of arriving. I would also like to mention that Jes'Shawn Wiley had such a great demeanor and was so kind. The store was packed with people and he was working with a high sense of urgency to get everyone taken care of. Overall my husband and I were very pleased with our experience and would definitely recommend enterprise on N. 2nd st.
