I pulled into the vacuum area to see what was going on, expecting to see people performing maintenance inside the wash. There were none. I sat in my vehicle confused for about 10 min and still saw no employees. I walked back up to the little office and peeked inside where I saw 2 employees, slouched down in chairs, playing on their phones. I opened the door and was greeted with two blank stares. I asked what was going on with the wash, and one replied "the car wash is down". I asked if they notified anyone yet about any issues and the guy replied "well not yet it just sort of happened not that long ago". And that was it. I will be canceling my two personal vehicles memberships as well as all of my fleet vehicles. I understand issues happen, however, the lack of professionalism in both employees should not and will not be tolerated.

My car was still dirty and windows didn't get cleaned either. I signed up for the highest car wash as a special was running for $25.00. I attempted to cancel the membership that day. They said I had to contact customer service. Long story short, their response was.....July 3, 2025 at 4:02 pm; Upon checking, since you did not add your vehicle to your account, no charges will be applied. This means no active membership was added to your account.....yet they started charging me on July 16, 2025. I am just now catching the pending charge on my account for November.

We have the safest and best car wash technology in the business. The "closed-foam" wraps used in our car washes are unable to hold onto dirt or sand as they clean, so they are unable to scratch your vehicle.
Do you provide towels?
Yes, we provide microfiber towels on hand for use by our guests. We also offer other complimentary supplies and technology, such as wipes and car vacuums, that customers can use to keep their car looking its best!
Do you have a family plan / discount?
Unfortunately, at this time we are only able to offer Fast Passes for one vehicle per membership. You can, however, purchase multiple memberships within a family.
