I explained the issues I needed checked, but they pushed extra work with no clear reason. The assistant manager and the associate joked about getting the sale while I sat there listening to them. They treated the situation like a joke. This behavior was unprofessional. After using this service multiple times it just seems to prey on inexperienced car owners who trust you to give honest guidance. This place has lost my trust and respect. I will take my business somewhere else next time.
