I continue a little ways down the road so I could pull over out of the street and the light came on again. I called the store over on Dover Rd and told them what was going on. The manager asked me if I could check the dip-stick (thank God I know a little about cars, so I did and it was bone dry and this is what I told the manager. She ask me what my location was and I tried to explain, but she had no clue bc she wasn't from here. (Tn) I sat in the cold for almost 2 hours waiting for someone to come from Valvoline, stranded on the side of the road. Finally someone came from another store. I ended up going to another Valvoline store totally out of my way and got another oil change. Found out the the gasket wasn't properly tighten on and found out the gasket didn't have a seal. They didn't top off the fluid like they should have and that's the second time that has happen at the same store over on Dover Rd. Overall I was 3 hours late getting to my destination. I went back a few days later and talk to the manager thinking that I could be reimburse for my trouble, but all I was told is when I come back they would give me a free oil change. My car is fairly new and I told the manager that I would preferred to take it to the Kia dealership, but all she could offer me was a free oil change. This was the rest of the oil that leak once I stopped, not realizing the oil had started leaking from my car before I pulled out of my driveway and Valvoline a couple of feet from my house. I understand mistakes happens, but it could have did some serious damage to my engine. AND THAT'S A BIG MISTAKE!!!!

She told me that she asked why her pressures were like that and they said "I don't know". Then said the tech said it would go down! Well when I got home I checked the pressures and the right side was way out of spec! Should be 35psi all the way around! Now I gotta ask....was it because she was a woman? I have taken her vehicle there several times with no issues but it makes me wonder how the paperwork given says they checked 35 in front 35 in back BUT IT WASNT! She also told me some guy got nasty with her because she pulled in wrong! I guarantee that wouldn't have happened if I was there! Now I wasn't there this time I was at work but when i got off of work I had to correct the issues caused by this establishment! I suggest that you treat your customers with some amount of respect and when checking setting or pressures on a vehicle YOU GET IT RIGHT! Getting it wrong can bring harm to those you service! DO BETTER! You just lost a customer!
