I appreciated the knowledge of the metal build up on my transfer case plug/bolt and front differential plug/bold. I appreciated the great attitudes and small conversations. But most of all it was just a good service. Im not sure the names, but it was a handsome young man with a great smile and willingness to go above and beyond. He was husky and talked about his 6ft tall sister. They assisted with keeping our vehicles running smooth and strong for all of our life's adventures!! Thanks for keeping us on the road!
- MMMoe MoeNov 8, 20251.0LONG STORY SHORT I GOT A NEW CAR IN AUGUST AND WENT TO GET AN OIL CHANGE FOR MY BMW,DIDNT HAVE ANY PROBLEMS,I CAMEBACK THIS WEEK FOR A ANOTHER OIL CHANGE AND WAS THERE LONGER THAN USUAL, WHY IN THE HELL ARE 5 PEOPLE IN FRONT OF MY HOOD TOUCHING MY ENGINE OR WHATVER TO THE POINT IT GAVE ME ANXIETY, THE GUY KEPT GOING UP AND DOWN THE STEPS AND WASNT SAYING ANYTHING, SO THE GUY WALKED TO MY CAR AND TOLD ME HE DOESNT HAVE THE TOOLS TO GIVE ME AN OIL CHANGE , HE SAYS GO TO OAK GROVE LOCATION SINCE HE IS AWARE THEY HAVE THE TOOLS .DIDNTMAKE SENSE IF THE DAMN GUY DID IT JUST UNDER TWO MONTHS AGO.WENT TO THE OAK GROVE LOCATION AND TOLD THEM THE SITUATION SO THEY GOT ON THE PHONE WITH THEM AS THEY TOLD ME TO WAIT ON THE SIDE IF THE BUSINESS.I WAITED FOR ANOTHER 15 MINUTES JUST FOR THEM TO TELL ME I NEED TO PAY FOR A PART IN MY CAR THAT IS $700 PLUS DOLLARS TO REPAIR ON TOP OF A PIL CHANGE SO BASICALLY $800 PLUS!?!?! I GOT SKEPTICAL BECAUSE IT DIDNT MAKE ANY SENSE AND I WENT TO FIRESTONE INSTEAD TO GET IT LIFTED. THEY SHOWED ME ALL THIS OIL UNDER MY CAR AND HOW SOMETHING WAS STRIPPED BY THE OIL PAN OR SOMETHING.NOW IM DRIVING AROUND WITH A CAR WITH A BAD OIL LEAK,LOW AS HELL OIL, AND A REPAIR THAT WAS NOT MY DOING,THIS ISNT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED WHEN IT CAME TO THE 301 TINY TOWN ROAD LOCATION. It was both tires on the passenger side of the truck.
