I filled the form online and followed up many times with no reply. I filled the online form a few more times and still nothing. Tried to call this location, Noone picks up the phone. Are you freaking serious? I have a right to CANCEL the membership. Please cancel it and refund me the money you took from me AGAIN on November 5th. I haven't been using this car wash because it doesn't really clean my car, I just want the membership to be CANCELLED!!!!

And than another day went there at 8am on way to appt and waiting around 10 min and no one there. I have only been a member at take 5 around a month or 2. And I now u understand why I was told not to join it. Also it's hit and miss if you get someone guiding you in that knows what they are doing. I joined because it was close to home and work. But for the amount we all pay you would think the service would alot better.
