  It was about 2 wks ago after the winter/inclement weather. After waiting 20 mins in the car line when I was on the paying station to select the service type then the staff told only the premium types are available to choose as left cleaning side of the basic type was not working. The cost was double for the premium types. I chose not to use their service. It seems that you are in a trap to choose the costly one. The staff was telling all the cool features of the premium types. They could have told their customers ahead of time about their technical issue. This happens when someone in a business for a long time and forget about customer services.

  Went here to knock the salt off my SUV - NEVER AGAIN! The back didn't even appear to have been touched - Sides by the tires were still muddy - Cost me $30 but NOT worth $3!

  I’m already in a bad mood, so why not leave a bad review. I pulled up just now in the members line behind two other people. Someone pulled up in the other lane and they let them go first and then someone in the members lane. I asked why he wasn’t allowing people in line to go first and all he said was they had a membership too. I assumed the member line would go faster. The other Take 5 in Tiny Town a couple of days ago didn’t even have towels or spray.

  I paid $18.00 Dollars for my car to be wash. The car was not touch on the Back and on the sides. On top of that rude customer service from the Assistance Manager. If i was you I will not take my car to Take 5 Car Wash on Madison st. Clarksville,TN. That is a Scam.
