Rent a Moving truck for a military move, pick up was not an issue. Brakes were kind of spongy while driving to Florida got hit with rain and the cab was not sealed properly so water poured into the cab getting all over my phone and then after arriving to my destination seen that the box had a severe leak which leaked all over some of my personal belongings they credited me $200 and said I would have to go throughtheir corporation claims department to seek further reimbursement. Tried to do that multiple times over a four month span. Mr. David Valverde Mendez Helped me with an initial claim and gave me the information but again was no help after that because he said there’s nothing he could do. It’s out of his hands and I kept trying to reach out to the customer service line that would help me resolve the issue per his guidance and after now six months still nothing I have given up and this is now the second time I’ve had issues with Penske during my Probably had well over $2000 in water damage to some of my stuff and also my phone got water damaged as well because as you can see in the picture, the water literally poured all over my phone from where my phone holder was. And again attached are the emails after months of waiting and I just got reverted back to reach out to them again which they didn’t do anything. He didn’t try to reach out on his end. Give them my case number just said yeah I keep trying to reach out to them.

We rented a truck from home Depot and it broke down at the Dover landfill, called service and they sent out Adam. He called me and let me know he was on his way and when he got there he promptly went through with trying to get us back on the road. When he realized he wasn't going to be able to get the truck running for us he called Maddie and she personally brought us out a new truck so we wouldn't be stuck waiting. These 2 are great members on your staff and I can't thank them enough for the excellent service that I was provided on my personal time. I work for red k ight distribution and we do all of our service here and I'm glad that I was taken care of, thank you
