- LSLaff SquadMay 8, 20241.0I scheduled a 26 ft truck, car carrier, 3 dozen blankets and a dolly. When I showed up there was only the truck available and the rest had to get delivered. Except the trailer which I had to call penske's main costumer service to coordinate a different trailer since there was excuses after excuses on why my trailer wasn't at my house yet. Also the truck was in terrible shape, it smelt like cigarettes, half the controls in the truck didn't work like the radio or trip meter, the back tire almost ate itself to death while I drove across country, they left me woth 1/9th of a tank of desel exhaust fluid and said I wouldn't touch it during the 700 mile trip. I hop on the highway and the light came on. The trailer tongue was bent, chains were broken. I recommend uhaul over penske, their trucks are way better maintained.
