I wouldn’t wish this shop upon my worst enemy. We took our 2014 Ford Flex Limited to this shop to get the rear bumper replaced after getting rear ended in an accident. The other party’s insurance handled the payments for this work, however, this shop did something to our vehicle that they refuse to fix. I found that the vehicle read many codes after they touched our car. The vehicle also died on the highway, with the brakes locking up as well. We nearly got into another bad accident because of this sorry excuse for a body shop. When I confronted them, they were rude about the situation and claimed their innocence of course. They only agreed to pay for a tow to the shop, and all they did was put a code reader to our car. They just said, “Sorry, it’s electrical so we didn’t cause it.” We had zero electrical issues prior to this shop touching our car. ChatGPT explained our codes to us, and when I asked if it could be caused by rear bumper work, it started many logical reasons as to how this shop could have broken our car. We also have proof from Firestone on base that we did not have these issues prior to the work getting done. We had a diagnostic test done prior to this shop touching our car. When we asked for them to at least get an electrical test done to see if they caused the damages, they refused. We will be getting another diagnostic test done to compare the prior test before this shop touched our car, and go from there. We will NEVER use this shop again! Rude people who break your car worse than how it went into the shop! I’m also military, and it’s shocking to me that this is how they treat the troops. They just caused us a mountain of problems that we have to deal with now. Also, I checked the bill, and the work that they charged the insurance company was WAY overpriced. We are now reading codes P0103, P0113, P0390, P0394, P0300, P0304, P0305, and P0306. NONE of these codes were reading before they touched our car. This is NOT a coincidence. They just blamed us and said that it was a coincidence. I will be reporting to the BBB as well!
