- JHJenna HernandezOct 6, 20252.0So I paid Amazon to have these tires shipped and installed at Goodyear. I walked in and they seemed annoyed with the low profile of my car. I understand and appreciate them not wanting to damage my car but I was frustrated once he said āIāll have to have the mechanic use the low profile jack instead of our lift, he just hates doing that. So he came in and got told he was going to have to use the jack and stormed off into the back chris said āsorry man his car is just too lowā. As Iām waiting Chris comes back inside and says āyea no weāre not going to be able to do itā I said āIāve taken the tires off myself at home I donāt understand why it canāt be done.ā He apologized and didnāt have anything to say (Iām assuming the mechanic didnāt want to deal with it) so I went ahead and took the L and got the paperwork necessary to get a refund from Amazon. I then stopped by āwagon wheel tires and auto serviceā down the road incredibly frustrated and they basically laughed and said theyāll have it done in 20 minutes 15$ cheaper PER TIRE. Thatās where this picture is taken and thatās where Iād recommend anyone go instead of this place for tire service. These guys are fantastic. I didnāt go full 1 start because Chris did seem nice and apologetic.
