Ebony provided Top Shelf service from the moment I walked through the door until I left. 10/10 recommend this Business for your Commercial Truck needs.

RA#: Renter: 10QQ7K Regarding my experience at your location: It was terrible - incredibly inefficient and unprofessional. 0 stars; will not come again. I had to wait for 30-minutes at your location due to there be no employees or representatives when I came to pick up the truck although it was well into the middle of the business day. Instead, a sign was posted on the inside front door stating the employees were “out helping other customers” and provided a number to call. Which we did. Ebony answered the phone and said she was out doing deliveries (not helping customers). That she had called me that morning to affirm the reservation and had left me a voicemail. Fantastic - but does my not answering the phone call mean the reservation is cancelled? I was in a hospital and had silenced my phone - I did not see the msg until I was at your location a few hours later - in the middle of a business day and it was abandoned with no employee presence. Why couldnt Ebony or Grumpy co-worker stay to take care of customers? What deliveries take precedence of rentals? Ebony and a Grumpy co-worker returned to your location - after approximately 30-minutes. The co-worker never made eye contact with us and only grunted when we addressed him. Ebony then asked the co-worker to pull up a gas truck for us while we did the pprwrk - which was reverifying all the information we had already provided on-line to include my drivers license which required photos, texting, phone calls. I asked Ebony why all that had to be done and she said it was your location’s policy - not Enterprises. At some point during this process, now 40-minutes trying pick up a truck, the grumpy co-worker came in and mumbled to Ebony the gas truck was not clean so he was getting the diesel. Ebony asked me if diesel was okay and I responded sure, I just would like the truck as I had another appt. We went out to the truck and Ebony seemed hesitant to mark down the scratches and dings we noted. But our main concern came when she began manipulating the controls of the truck “to show the DEF levels so you know when to add DEF” At that point, I told Ebony I did not want a truck I was going to have to monitor and pay for maintenance myself - the DEF level was at 53%, not even full. We went back to the office and redid the pprwrk for the gas truck. But then, Ebony said she wanted to clean the truck “it would just take a minute”. I said it was okay, I just needed to go - I had an appt. Ebony ignored me and said it would just take a minute. So, I spent 20 more minutes while Grumpy and Ebony cleaned the truck; just not well. They ignored the bed of the truck which had trash - to include mollusk shells - and I had to ask Ebony to please sweep out so I could put my belongs in the truck without exposure/contamination To be fair, I believe Ebony was very polite, respectful and professional in our interactions (not so much Grumpy co-worker) and did what she could, but no one being at the location for hours (when we called, Ebony said they were 30 minutes out - that's at least an hour round trip); trying to give me a truck at 53% DEF with instructions I will have to monitor and add - because the other truck was dirty; and then not fully cleaning the replacement gas truck - made for a very unnecessarily unpleasant experience. I have shared all of this with AMEX as it was through their site I made the reservation with Enterprise as one of their Travel partners. PLEASE do NOT contact me to discuss; I have ZERO interest in apology, excuse or explanation - I will simply never use your location again. Perhaps you may take this as a learning opportunity and seek to have your location open during business hours and not cause customers to pay the price. Sincerely Andre Corbin

Worst experience of my life. My truck broke down so I had it and my trailer towed to this location because they said they had a truck. Got there about 1:30. Nobody was there. The doors were locked. Guy didn't show up till about 3:30. Then he would not take my business debit card because it was out of state. Even though I'm a repeat Enterprise business customer. Even though I have a commercial business and the debit card was a business account. Even though I had the bridgeton Missouri location. Call them and tell them I'm a good customer. There was no manager on site. Tried to contact the regional manager. He never replied. This place is a joke. Ended up having to walk to home Depot and rent a truck. Drove back to bridgeton Missouri location and they took care of me with zero problems. Like they always do. This location gives Enterprise a bad name.
