  I appreciate the staff at this Enterprise location, they are amazing, great team!! I do rentals in a monthly basis and they always make sure I get a nice car. They greet you with a big smile and make your day better. Great customer service! Thank you guys!!!

  I really love the Enterprise team on the 41A Bypass. They are always courteous, respectful, and they always laugh at my jokes 😆 🤣 😂. Big Joe, from Chicago, My Brother in Christ, and the entire team is really great. They are always on time and doesn't allow their stress to show, even when short staffed. Some of the cars could be cleaner, but I do understand that sometimes you are blessed to be able to grab an SUV as it's being returned (so sometimes you have to forego a big cleaning). Next time, I'll try to keep some clorox wipes in the vehicle to help them out. Thanks my Enterprise Team. Your hard work is noticed and greatly appreciated. If I could, I would give all of you guys a $.50-$1.00 Raise! In 2026. You deserve it. Love ❤️ Sam

  Out of the three enterprises i dealt with in tennessee, This place made me wait 2 hours after customers come in and leave either returning or getting a car, after waiting it was already 5:10 after their closing hours. I told them all i need was a vehicle to search for a new car after my car was totaled. As the shorter employee with dread took me to go look at cars after the manager said they’d take care of me, he showed me a beat up nissan maxima which i didn’t care i just need a vehicle and told me to not charge me on the damage which they then agreed on with their “Tablet” The day comes to return yet again waiting till the last minutes before they close, and they ask about grill damage which like i said it came with but after waiting so long i just want to leave and get the process of my new car. I told those were there before it should be in your guys “tablet” the manager says it is and there gonna confirm it their team. They then send a $3000 bill to me and my insurance company, I sent emails of proof of damage and even talked to manager about it he said he was contacting his footage team to make sure its correct. Then after 3-4 months of silence they made the bill official and eve after insurance paying i still have to pay $1600 for damages I didn’t even do When enterprise insurance called me i told them “why do yall only call me at 5 when your closing, and why am i getting a bill after sending proof through email of damages” the lady name zyvrita cross says that she sees the emails, mumbles something before they put me on hold without saying anything, then hang up in my face without a reasoning or even a bye They did nothing but treat me like a pure burden after i lost my only way to transport me and my family
