    Turned a vehicle in early, but instead of being refunded money, they charged me twice. Called to inquire about the mistake and was immediately dismissed by the person helping me. Nothing like being charged $491 when I was supposed to be refunded $67. Beware of poor customer experience and overcharging. They do not have a right to hold my money.
