    The store is clean and neat. The cars are well-maintained and clean. The personnel are the best I have known in auto rentals. Their customer service is above the highest bar. All transactions have been satisfactory.

    In September I was given a Chevy Malibu from this branch and it broke down in Cape Girardeau MO. The Cape Girardeau branch replaced it with a Hyundai Venue, with a crooked steering wheel but I was told it was safe to drive. I returned it to this branch without any issues outside of the steering wheel. Now a month later, I was contacted by my insurance stating that this location reported that I damaged/wrecked the vehicle. I was the one that informed this team there may be an issue. The assistant Manager stated that there is actually damage under the vehicle that the claim was submitted for. This was something that pre existed and was not visible to me when I received it nor caused by me. I am disputing the claim. Then just Saturday, I had to be switched into THREE different vehicles in one day because the first two had mechanical issues. delaying my trip 3 hours. Time I arrived to pick up 9:30am time I actually got on the road from the branch was 12:30pm. Between the false claim and unreliable vehicle, it is clear this company needs better maintenance, and inspection procedures. Take videos before leaving and DO NOT delete them for use to 6 months. Look underneath if you can.
