  I am an 80 year ole widow who stays in my rv at a local campground the rv battery wasn’t holding a charge so i went to auto zone for another one the employee tech edward gave me excellent care when i asked if there were someone who could come to the campground to change out the batteries he said they were busy and didn’t have anyone to spare but he was very kind to tell me he would gladly come after his shift to do it for me he went above and beyond his job description to offer his assistance he was very kind and courteous and considerate a great asset to the autozone family I highly recommend this business due to the great and wonderful service not only from edward but all the employees thank you again edward b God bless you and yours

  Ken Farmer just gave me the absolute best customer service I have ever received period!!! I had a print out from the mechanic of the brake parts that I needed. Ken saved me money by assisting me with placing the order through Auto Zones website!!! I cannot stress enough how thorough, patient, courteous, and professional he was!!! He made a stressful unexpected out of pocket cost pleasant and tolerable!!!! THANK YOU KEN FARMER!!!! YOU SHOULD TRAVEL TEACHING CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS THROUGHOUT THE AUTOZONE ORGANIZATION!!! THEY WILL CERTAINLY BE BLESSED FOR IT!!!
