There was 3 or 4 customers walking around in the store and the one associate was on his phone behind the counter unless he was on his personal phone for business. This is a incorrect review. But then wherein I did ask him for help. He didn't know what the heck he was looking for and it was something that had to be looked up on the computer. I ended up having to go to a different autozone. I make a purchase.It used to be in my spot to go to because it was on the way home from work.I don't know if I'll be going back there.And this is not the first time that this has occurred

I just got off from work, and was debating whether or not if I wanted to get a new headlight bulb now, or wait till the weekend. He assisted me on which bulb that I needed, and offered to install it for me. I've always had excellent service at this store which is why I keep coming back. Thank you!
