- AKAshlee KlostermanSep 5, 20251.0I came to get gas just now and the person working the register is a complete joke and needs customer service training ..when I came into the store I stood at the front for almost 15 minutes until I finally asked the gentleman behind the hot food counter if someone could help us there where others as well...he said u can use the machines self pay and I explained I needed gas...he then told me u can pay for gas there also...while I'm standing there paying the lady walks out with the nastiest attitude saying I DONT CARE IF THEY MAD!! SOUNDS LIKE A PERSONAL PROBLEM!! ...well excuse me but isn't it a you problem because you had customers waiting and it's your JOB to assist people etc...its not the customers personal problem when they came to this business hoping to get good service because your taking our money!! It was completely inappropriate and disturbing! I would actually higher management of some sort could possibly respond to this because this is extremely unacceptable

This location is the only location in this entire middle Tennessee area that never puts the nuts out. Why is this?? Is it that hard to open the can of peanuts and dump it in the hotpot? Laziness at its finest. Do better and step your nut game up Clarksville Racetrac!!

It’s to the point they are unreliable to get gas at. It wastes my time and just sucks. If they can actually provide gas, then I’ll return until then. Definitely NOT purchasing fuel here anymore.
