  They always have what I need. Bearings, springs, backing plates. They got it, with the most helpful folks.

  Truck N' Trailers U.S.A. did a great job installing the base plate on my GMC terrain AND took the time to go over everything to make sure I was comfortable with how everything works.

  Split review here... I ordered a topper for my truck and received five star service from my rep Jake. He was timely on getting me back my quote and explaining everything. When the order was late he checked in with the manufacturer's rep and found the item and explained the delay. When I picked up my truck he took his time to go over everything and make sure I was happy and to make that I would alert them immediately if anything was unsatisfactory. So five starts for Jake. I am however dropping two stars because of the terrible attitude/customer service of Chris when I dropped off my vehicle. I will be glad to go into detail of that experience with management if they feel like reaching out. His actions were completely out of line for a customer service rep. I even went as far as "apologizing" for anything I did to upset him when dropping off the vehicle, when I came back to pick it up. This was my attempt to give him a chance to apologize for his behavior, but he ignored that opportunity. The install looks great and the product is solid but I would highly recommend avoiding Chris if you do business here, and I would also encourage management to speak with Chris about his behavior so it doesn't cost you business in the future.

  I recently purchased a new truck and needed a spray in bed liner. I checked around and decided to use Truck and Trailers USA. They had a good price on a good product and (with an appointment) they could do it while I waited. I am very happy the how the process went and the finished product. I was able to talk to the person doing the work before it was done so I could point out a few things. He was very helpful and did a great job. They didn’t spray over things that didn’t need spaying and did an excellent job masking everything before spraying. And it took less than two hours. I have been satisfied with all my interactions with this business. I have purchased a trailer there in the past and all sorts of truck and trailer parts and accessories. They have a wide selection of just about everything you might need for a trailer.

  I had work done on my vehicle couple days ago and Chris at the desk was professional and courteous. The work on the vehicle was excellent. BUT, i had been in a couple weeks prior looking for a part, the gentleman behind the counter, on the right side did a half ass search and said there was nothing that fit my vehicle. When I came back in i spoke with Chris and he found the part, on the same website, and ordered for me. When i paid for the service the same person was behind the counter and he could not have been more rude. Threw my credit card and keys back to me instead of handing them, like I did. Wrong person to represent your company. Probably costs you clients.
