  Great service and super quick! Walked in and was able to get a battery installed and tires replaced and aligned in a couple hours. Polite and attentive staff as well, highly recommend.

  These guys were awesome I broke down in my rental car had to cancel the appointment I had scheduled to fix the tire I was having issues with and they still got me in and fixed quickly very impressed with them James was very helpful

  We went to the Mavis in Columbus, GA. I would not suggest going (check their website for my review if you want to know more) we were thankfully warrantied the work but we were sent to another location who also, did not have the tool but, sent me away as they should have. They sent us to the wrong location but we then landed here! And when I say God has a plan, God has a plan. I will now be driving an hour and twenty minutes if ever they can help me again. We walked in and were greeted immediately by a strong, confident but safe voice. Paul, the store manager at that. He apologized for our inconvenience and said I will get it taken care of. It was done by that day. Turns out the Columbus mavis ordered a generic belt and it was a little to loose to engage the ac pulley. Paul's calm and confidence really put us at ease the moment we walked in. The shop was clean and well lit and busy. We brought them donuts to say thank you. We are so grateful for Paul and everyone else.

  This NTB location is a straight up winner! Paul took care of our truck when a GA Mavis didn't do right by us. He got us right in and had everything situated within a day! They guaranteed the warranty work from the Mavis and we walked out without paying a dollar more than we spent for the original work that was supposed to be done. Very grateful for the professional and courteous experience we experienced here. Thank you, Paul and the rest of the crew that works in the shop for all of your effort and attention! 🙏🏼

  This is a review for two seperate visits to the NTB on East Brainerd, Chattanooga, TN. I made an appointment to have my Santa Fe brakes replaced. After inspection, they told me I didn't need to do it yet, gave me a recommendation on when to come back and have the brakes re-examined and explained what they base that decision on, in words a non-mechanic could understand. That level of honesty is refreshing (& unusual) in this day and time. The second visit; I had called right at closing and they took the time to listen and said for me to bring in my truck the next morning. I did, they took the truck back immediately, fixed the leak caused by a screw in the tire, visually checked the other 3 tires and had me out the door before I finished my tea. Nice guys that don't talk down to us non-mechanics. Thanks Jackson, Paul and Wes. My repeat business is locked in because of the Professional, Efficient and Friendly (kind) service provided.
