They would have done the coolant too, but the design of my Traverse prevented them accessing it. Everyone was professional and there was no surprise when it came time to pay. They also discovered a screw in my tire and were able to patch it. The price was less than what the dealership quoted me.

They immediately jumped to action and solved the problem while at the same time keeping the situation light and even removed the car gently so as not to spill my coffee. They somehow lifted my car out without a bit of damage. Not once did they give me dirty looks or poke fun even though I deserved it! I was not charged for inconveniencing them and then they did my oil change in what felt like 30 seconds. Fantastic crew!!
