  I brought my truck here for an oil change, and my vehicle requires 8 quarts of oil. Just a few weeks later, my check engine light came on, and I discovered the engine only had 4 quarts of oil. This is extremely concerning, as I had recently taken my family on vacation, and this oversight could have caused serious damage to my vehicle or even put my family at risk. Proper maintenance is critical, and this experience has made me question the level of care and attention provided. I hope this issue is taken seriously to prevent it from happening to others.

  Moved from Ooltewah to Hixson so I switched express oil locations. I’ve never had a bad experience at any location, and Hixson is just as good! I had Austin for my oil change, and they are all very nice.
