  I called yesterday afternoon and inquired if the brake checked around and oil check were free. The man I spoke to on the phone rudely and abruptly replied “yeah but it won’t be today.” This was beyond disrespectful. Not only was I shocked that anyone would speak in such a rude manner but you’d imagine that this company would care about how their employees speak to customers over the phone.

  I wouldn't recommend. They forgot to I put my cap on my coolant reservoir. Also I went in to have my car looked at. Was told everything was fine . Next day my car was spitting up oil everywhere. Would stay away.

  I know chain franchise auto repair generally has a bad reputation, but the two Express Oil stations I frequent both absolutely rock. I use them for routine maintenance and even for the expensive stuff on my car and truck. Their prices are fair and their work is terrific. I don't go anywhere else if I can possibly avoid it. (Hint: it would be awesome if they would start doing mufflers!) But seriously I trust these guys with my life on the road and you should too.
