  Enterprise was quick and professional! I strongly recommend the damage waiver. As soon as we boarded the interstate a rock broke the windshield. They were super nice about it! Strongly recommend this location over the Airport Rd. or Chapman.

  So unprofessional. Absolutely chaotic and all confused. We were informed we needed my license and my debit card because it was a Tennessee license. I drive there to help my husband and we do the entire process. Mind you - they saw my debit card and said it was fine. We get to the end to pay, someone else takes over and says they can’t use my debit card and actually need a credit card. Wasted an hour of our time. My husband missed his work appointment. I missed my work appointment. Absolutely ridiculous.

  Hands down the BEST car rental experience I’ve ever had! 🙌 The process was smooth, the staff was super friendly and helpful, and the vehicle was clean and ran perfectly. No stress, no hassle — just great service from start to finish. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending them to everyone I know. If you need a rental, this is the place to go!

  The worst experience ever the day before I was supposed to pick up my car I was informed that my debit card can’t be used because it’s a pre paid card. I needed that car so bad. Thank you enterprise for messing up my whole weekend that had planned in advance. I came to the office in person last month to ask directly if they accepted my card and I was told yes they do. Doesn’t make no damn sense that I had the money for the car but I couldn’t get it because of a damn pre paid car.

  The Enterprise team were so flexible with me after an accident left me in need of a reliable vehicle. Attentive staff, clean car, and timely service! Would recommend this location!
