This time, was a brush/deer guard for the front of my 2020 Taco. Previous times were a light bar, then before that some piece for a trailer, etc, etc...my GO TO place for anything for the Taco.

Probably a 6k spend. 3 guys were at the counter staring at their computers 20 feet from the door. None were on the phone. I wandered around for 10 minutes. No one spoke, no one approached me till I went to leave. Someone said, “can I help you?” I responded the customer service was overwhelming and I needed to leave. I’m at a competing dealer spending my money. This place clearly doesn’t need anymore business

While waiting for our vehicle, my kids were each gifted a Trucks N Trailers football and a neck gaiter to play with and take home. Who does that? What a place!! (If they only knew my son had been wanting a football… this was his first!) ☺️
