- LLLoganDec 10, 20251.0This is not the place for anyone who cares about their car or wants a custom alignment. This shop pretended they were going to follow my request and then didn’t do it. I asked for a specific alignment, they said they could do it and wrote down exactly what I wanted. Then they gave me the factory alignment without telling me, which I made very clear I didn’t want because I had upgraded control arms (oem). As I was paying the guys behind the counter made jokes to another about how dumb the people are who want a custom alignment. What kind of alignment shop hires people who don’t even understand how an alignment works? I took it to another place after and they told me the alignment didn’t match the sheet they gave me, which also means their alignment machine isn’t calibrated properly. Long story short, I’ll never go here again
