  Worst experience I have ever had with customer service. Scheduled appointment 8-1 . Called multiple times to verify windshield in stock and was told technician was coming . Talked to multiple representatives, hung up on. Technician was finally reached said he was scared of the job given the vehicle was a corvette (Noah) which is fine. Contacted again, told they never even had the windshield in the first place and it would be 3 days. Asked to speak to manager, hung up on. Talked to customer service and again told they would call back. Called back k and it rang 2 times . Asked for district manager as I waited 5 hours with car disassembled to assist tech to be told they never even had the windshield in the first place. Awful customer service and you can’t hardly speak to a real person. District manager is named Tony . Technician was named Noah . Date 1-7-26

  Did not deliver the service as promised. I waited around all day for 7+ hours. I called multiple times and was only able to talk to an AI robot for my first four phone calls. I was given the runaround by the customer service department and was never able to speak to anyone local with any kind of explanation as to why the service was not completed and my time was wasted. I will never ever use Safelite again and will only use local shops.

  Very professional service! I was very impressed with the overall care of this company. From scheduling all the way to the day of repair they always kept me informed and made sure I had all my questions answered. The service was absolutely amazing and went by so smooth. William and Cody worked fast and were very professional! They took great care of my car from start to finish! The new windshield looks amazing! I am very happy with the services and would highly recommend to anyone needing a replacement or repair!

  This is the worst experience I've had with Safelite. The previous experience was not with the Chattanooga office. I received a call from them stating they where and hour away and get ready. 20 minutes later I received a call from the installation tech, not management, telling me it may be raining by the time they get here. Now you get a 5 hour appointment window. One would think that helps with things like TN showers. I told him I could not reschedule on immediate notice. I called national customer service to share my lack of understanding, and they called Chattanooga, while on hold, the Chattanooga manager called me and lead with "its raining there now right?" To which I replied no. Hasn't rained, isn't raining, and there's an 80% chance its not going to rain. My last replacement was in Huntsville with a 25% chance of rain for my entire appointment window. They showed up, no rain, replaced it good and fast. So its not protocol to cancle for 20% chance of rain. Important to note I am far from there office, not there most love area to drive to. Safelites national customer service was unable to get Chattanooga to answer the phone. Customer service said they showed a 15% chance of rain and dont understand why Chattanooga even tied to reschedule. After no offer or accommodations for tis they offerd me another appointment over a week away. The kicker is I already paid them. Hours later... still no rain. They finally transferred me to resell for rescheduling and I just got hold music for 20 minutes. Now I'm out my money, no appointment to try to accommodate, and a cracked windshield for at least another week. Safelite of Chattanooga has my money and they will happily take care of me when "they" get the time. Safelite corporate just said sorry and put me on transfer hold until I hung up 20 min later. If you need to replace your windshield you should not call the Chattanooga branch of Safelite.

  I had an excellent experience at Safelite Auto Repair, driven almost entirely by the level of service provided by Stephen. From start to finish, he operated with professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine ownership of the customer experience. What stood out most was his proactive mindset, he went out of his way to ask whether I wanted to retain the Peach Pass that was attached to the original windshield. That level of foresight is uncommon and speaks to someone who understands downstream customer impact rather than simply completing a task. Safelite should recognize and retain employees like Stephen. He deserves a raise.
