- DRDavon Rooks6 days ago1.0I visited this shop for my 2020 Chevrolet Trax, I honestly will start saying that these people will waste your time this was my 2nd visit and I told them specifically that I have a clicking noise when my wheel turns I told them to check everything for a front end inspection at first they said it was my tires making the noise, okay I got my tires done and the noise was still there and then when I came back the 2nd time they tell me it's my front end struts, well that was a lie I payed them money for a service that was not needed and they do not care about your concerns they just find any problem with the car just so they can charge you instead of finding the true problem which is very perplexing wouldn't recommend anybody to come here.

Avery, in particular, is someone who deserves a special shout out. I deal with him 9/10 times I come here and he is always kind, courteous, and professional. He is a great person to have representing a fantastic group of automotive professionals. Great shop, better people, fantastic services, that's what you get when you come to the 7788 E Brainerd Rd location. 11/10
