I took my Genesis there to be repaired and the parts were taking longer than normal to come in (typical for a Genesis) I was running out of time for my rental and still was waiting on a front bumper camera. They told me I can take my car because they was the only thing that wasn’t done and once they get it in they would call me….Starr was like” I’m going to put it on the board. I promise we don’t forget about you.” weeks and months of went by and they kept telling me they couldn’t get the part mind you I called Hyundai and they said that the part was available to be shipped. so they kept lying to me…. YEARS later they still never call me about that camera. Now anytime I need work done I go to Classic collision on Test drive where they have integrity and keep their word.
- MBMatt BranumFeb 15, 20264.0This is my insurance providers preferred shop. Its real convenient that Enterprise is located right across the street. The staff were extremely friendly. Communication started off great with regular updates then dwindled often resulting in me having to ask for updates. Projected deadlines were often missed due to parts coming in wrong or delivery being delayed. They had my vehicle for a total of 23 days. The quality of work was exceptional, there is no evidence of previous damage, all parts were installed and line up perfectly. The only exception to the quality of work was they forgot to adjust my headlights which was put on the final bill as being completed and charged for. They made up for it by allowing me to stop back by at my convenience and knocked it out in less than 15 minutes. However this simple oversight makes me question if anything else was overlooked that is not immediately apparent from an external view. Overall the experience was satisfactory, but better consistent communication and them fixing their supply issues would send their service over the top.
