I started sending my wife there for her oil changes around the same time. When I first came in, I still remember declining marketing communications. Guess what? They email anyway. I thought, "It's fine. At least they're sending coupons". I never received any texts, nor did I opt in for text messaging. I stopped by today to have my oil changed and since I left I've received 3 emails and two text messages. They've contacted me 5 times over the past 8 hours. Well, you wanted to get in touch so bad so here I am. It's not hard. If a customer doesn't consent to contact, than no means no. Instead, you've earned your second 1 star review in less than a week. Not over service, but over privacy.
