I’ve been trying to remove my devise for 2 months! They don’t work with the state at all. I’ve been going back and forth from them And the state for 2months trying to get the information straight between them! I’m so frustrated with this company I’m Tempted to remove the dang thing myself. I’ve been complaint for over my allotted time. And want this device off my vehicle. In the meantime, they still get paid. So why help anyone? I’d advise you to use anyone but these people!
