  I had a great experience with HiTech Transmission. They recently did work on my transmission and front differential, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. From the beginning, their customer service was excellent. They kept me informed throughout the process and took the time to explain what was going on with my vehicle. The team was professional, honest, and clearly takes pride in the quality of their work. They even showed me the parts and cleaned out the oil pan. It’s hard to find mechanics you can trust, but HiTech Transmission definitely earned my trust. On top of that, their prices were very reasonable compared to other places I checked. I highly recommend them to anyone needing transmission or drivetrain work!

  Brought my car there 2 months ago and nothing was done to it, everytime I called about updates they would never give a clear answer on when they’ll start working on it. If I could give a 0 star I 100% would PLEASE DONT GO HERE !!!!!!!

  I was skeptical after the last shop I paid to fix my transmission and they took my money and didn’t do it correctly. Kept breaking down. Got frustrated so I brought it here. They saved me a lot of money on labor and being a single mom I needed to make payments so I gave these guys a try. I took a while to get it done but it was worth it. I pay 159 every two weeks and my transmission is working good now. They just take it right out my checking account every two weeks. I’m glad I found this place! Quality work.

  This shop are professional scammers ,in November I drop my truck for transmission problems,they make me sign a permission to drop the transmission and check they tell me will be $589 for that after that they take more than a week for tell me the price on parts that was $798 and I agree with that,pass more the 2 months and no one call me for nothing,I was calling every week to check the status for my truck and always have bad attitude and always they was saying that they was waiting for parts,I don’t know where this parts come from but take more than 2 months. My wife when there one time to check and even they don’t provide any info,then I went for the last time and they tell me that the owner no was there,the owner call me and tell me that the total amount will be $9,559..absolutely ridiculous,I ask him to provide me the info with all the parts that he buy and install and he refuses and angry and tell me if I don’t pay he will put a lean in my truck and sell it… this is the worse place in Chattanooga for drop your vehicle and they have F rating in BBB and they do this for more than 10 people just this year.. don’t drop your car here for nothing.
